Time-sensitive external statistics should be tied to a named source and date. Where a configured API or JSON feed is available, the Business Hub data layer can refresh mapped values automatically every six hours. If a live feed fails, the site keeps the last valid value and shows its update context rather than manufacturing a replacement.
Estimates
Some business-idea fields such as difficulty, scalability or launch time are editorial estimates, not objective real-time statistics. They should be labeled accordingly and supported by sources when numerical assumptions are important.
